• Our Event Space comes with 6 modern wood tables tables and 48 white, comfortable chairs. In addition we also have 2 bar tables with 4 chairs .
• We also offer projector with and 5G Wi-Fi.
• Bluetooth  Speaker with microphone .

This event space for rent is also equipped with bathroom as well as fully functional kitchenette  with extra table and chairs, sink , fridge and microwave.

We understand that every event has different needs, which is why we also offer an extra room that can be utilized for any additional requirements you may have.

and with plenty of parking spaces available you and yo guests can arrive stress free and ready .

We are delighted to invite you to schedule a tour of our beautiful event space located in the heart of  Kennewick  Our versatile venue is perfect for hosting a wide range of events !!

Our event space can be rented at an hourly  rate between 

* $60 for a meeting space on work days Monday trough Friday 5 hours minimum required

* $80 per hour for small party venues  Friday trou Sunday  with a minimum of 5 hours required.

This allows time for set up and cleaning after event.

We have plenty of parking space  centrally located in Kennewick available free of charge, accommodating up to 30 cars .

Please note that a permit is required for alcohol and insurance rider is also required.

All rentals are final and payment is due no later than 15 days before rental date .

The entity responsible for scheduling events reserves the unequivocal right to modify or cancel any event reservation up to a maximum of two weeks prior to the scheduled event, without incurring any liability, and such modifications or cancellations may be made at its sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever.
